Tall scrollable charts and one-key layout views

Stack your three charts tall, scroll with Shift + wheel, pick which chart sits where, and flip between saved layouts with one key.

• Three-up-down layout can now run tall: every chart gets its own height grip and the page scrolls with Shift + mouse wheel or a thick edge scrollbar
• Choose the chart order — put the Index in the middle (or any chart on top/bottom) from the layout popup
• Save up to 8 layout views (layout, panel sizes, order and each chart's zoom) and cycle through them instantly with Alt+4 — rebindable in Shortcuts
• The calendar popup can now be filtered to one Set Target profile, and day limits count only that profile's trades
