iPad touch fixes, Notes button, and capital choice in Set Target

Panels now drag and resize on iPad, double-tap works there, and Set Target asks for capital (or uses your Dhan balance).

• Drag and resize panels, splitters and the Notes window by touch on iPad Safari
• Double-tap a chart pane to maximise it on iPad, same as Android
• Notes button sits beside Live on phone and reopens at your last note
• Set Target asks for capital — type it, or use your connected Dhan balance
• Phone chips read S1L / B1L; fib labels no longer overlap; Day-type badge can be switched off in chart settings
