One language switch, simpler Set Target wizard

Choose Hinglish or English once on your account page and the whole app follows.

• Language selector now on the User page — applies everywhere
• Per-trade SL / Target is its own step in the Set Target wizard, and you can skip it
• The loading quote can be closed with ✕
• Practice vs Real header is a single swipeable line on phone
• Removed the unused 'Mera opening record' tab
