Order notifications now look like TradingView

Order, error and save messages appear as a larger notification card with a coloured icon, a bold title and details.

• Red icon for errors, green when it worked
• Title and detail separated for easy reading
• Close it instantly with the cross

Clear, readable notifications

Messages used to be small and easy to miss. Each one is now a card with a coloured icon, a bold title such as Insufficient margin and the details underneath. It dismisses itself after a few seconds or you can close it with the cross.
